Strategy built in boardrooms. Stories shaped by culture.
My background
I've spent 16 years at the intersection of communication and strategy, leading narratives for companies like Johnson & Johnson, BASF, and HP across global, regional, and local markets.
Corporate communications, crisis management, and brand positioning across highly regulated industries taught me the weight of every word. What you say, how you say it, and what you choose not to say all carry consequence. That precision is something I carry into every project, but today I get to apply it in service of stories that don't need to be managed, only told well.
That same curiosity led me to co-found Frequent Seat, a storytelling platform born in Miami that celebrates the people behind the music. Through films, conversations, and live experiences, we turn songs into portals and audiences into community. It's where my strategic instincts and my more personal voice meet most openly.
The Soundtrack Behind My Work
Before I write, create, or sit with someone's story, I usually press play.
Music has always been more than sound to me. It's how I tune in before I sit with someone's story, a form of listening that starts before the first question.
Enjoy a piece of my process, and of my heart.
